King Poseidon

I didn't expect to buy a G1 figure, but I couldn't resist to get the Seacons set...
Master Force is my favorite G1 series. The Seasons played a quite important role in the series. I was surprised to hear a re-issue of the Seacons in G1 color was planned. I couldn't afford a TF combiner when I was a kid. I don't have much interest to the G1 toys anymore now. It is nice to get Piranacon as my first G1 combiner, right? ^_^

You can't expect much for a US version package, not bad though.





Nice illustration on the box.

It is nice to have all 7 bio cards, with the original G1 illustrations.

Turtler's head is green instead of black! G1's one is better! Price makes difference...


Who can remember the names of all Seasons except Turtler's?

To be honest, I don't really enjoy playing the Seacons. G1 toys are not for this era.
I do admire myself to be so imaginative when I was a kid. I could get so much fun with these bricks. I love G1, but I don't want to play with bricks anymore. I want every G1 character can revive in a new design as in the classics series. However, you should still get the Seacons if you want to fill up the gap in your childhood memory.

Is Drift the second comic character got a toy release? I didn't read the Drift comic, but I really like its design. A TF with sword is always cool, isn't it? Drift even has a big sword and 2 daggers! The large Samurai Kanji and the phrase "Tenka Musou" (the best of the world) on the sword make Drift awesome. Hasbro is doing well recently, I mean the Generations series, not Power Combiners. :P

The package is not bad. Just hate the Toysrus sticker the Hong Kong store put on it!

Car mode







Very nice sport car. The doors can be opened!
Actually I think it is very stupid to put a big Kanji on the doors :P

Robot mode

I like the big sword can be put on the back.


You can hardly find a TF that can hold the sword by both hands!
"Eat my Tenka Musou blade!"




The daggers are great, can be stored on the doors.




Of course you need a fight with the Skeleton Samurai Bludgeon.

Drift is a must-have for all TF fans. You will not be disappointed with this figure. I am now waiting for the blue remold Blurr. I wonder how the big sniper gun can be stored inside the sport car.

Battle Blades Optimus Prime

I didn't expect a new mold of voyager size movie Prime, but Hasbro did it! I think everyone would agree this is a simplified leader size Prime. The sound effect was gone, but the better comes, the Matrix of Leadership! It is the first time the Matrix to be found in a movie toy. I really love this Prime. I am looking forward to the Japanese Battle Forks version and the voyager size Jetfire to combine!

The package doesn't come with the "Hunt for the Decepticons" sticker. Maybe I got the production sample?

Truck mode







The truck mode is much better than the movie 1 voyager size Prime.
The windshield doesn't fit well just because I didn't transform the shoulders correctly.

Robot mode

He got the ion busters,

and He got the Matrix!
