FOC Blaster

Photobucket
Merry Christmas! Fall of Cybertron Blaster joins the party. This is the first FOC figure I bought till now. Other FOC figures are not too attractive to me. I have some interests in Magnus and Kickback, but still not willing to start a new series. Though he is just a remold, Blaster is much better than Soundwave. The proportion of the figure fits more for Blaster than Soundwave. Soundwave shouldn't get such a big chest. The WFC Soundwave is the best. Putting FOC Blaster and WFC Soundwave together looks like the reborn of G1.

Lets have a look on the data disc first.

Capbots Captimus Prime

Photobucket
Another strange product from Takara-Tomy. A robot turns into a baseball cap? This makes me think of Nike x TF 5 years ago. I only bought the Autobot Captimus Prime. In the past I would buy both with no doubt, but I don't really have the space to hold that many TFs. I try to skip the same mold if possible. Morever, the Decepticon one is called Capticon rather than Megatron. Good reason to skip, right?

Neat package. Simple is best.

Transform! It is a one-push transformation using the button on the top.

Captimus Prime!

The articulation is not bad considering this is an SD robot with one-push transformation.

I like the head sculpt with Optimus Prime wearing a cap.

KRE-O Micro Changers Predaking

Photobucket
I am so happy that KRE-O Predaking is out that soon! It is really difficult to resist these little guys. They combine to form the gestalt! It's a pity that the KRE-O combiners are all 4-in-1 rather than 5-in-1 (even 6-in-1) as the G1 counterparts. I only bought Predaking from the 4 sets because the Predacons are in the only team with all members of the same size! I did a small gallery with KRE-O Predaking and the lonely Rampage. The package is very cool as a Hasbro TF release.

The manual also looks good.

The leader, Razorclaw the lion.

Razorclaw's sword is same as Bludgeon's one.

Rampage the tiger. He already appeared in the previous blog post.

He is the only member with a different sword.

Divebomb the eagle. The eagle mode is very cool!

Photobucket
Hasbro should make Airazor using similar parts.

Torox the rhino. Seems he has another name in G1?

Headlock the bull. What's his G1 name?

Combine! Predaking!

As there are only 4 members form the combiner, the beast heads are skipped in the giant knees. However, I think Hasbro did make a good design to use the fork and nail to represent the bull horns and rhino horn. Smart move.

Photobucket
The back is also well-designed. The Decepticon mark is nice.

Though Hasbro made a good design, I still want a 5-in-1 giant robot. It's my design.
Photobucket
I prefer to have the rhino head and bull head on the knees. I don't have a fifth beast helmet for tiger shoulder, so I just put the triangle block there.

Photobucket
Don't worry about Rampage. He still with his head, but he's bald now. I use a small cylinder block to stick the bull head.
